When you go to the virtual event page you will be asked to log in with your account credentials (email and password). If you have already purchased a ticket on your account, submitting the correct email and password will take you to the page with the video and chat. If the video is not playing, click the play button in the center of the player to start the video.
If you do not remember your account's password, you can reset it here. That will email a link to enter a new password and get you back into your account.
If your account was created over 60 days ago and has not been confirmed, you will need to confirm your account before you're able to log in. You can send a new confirmation email with link to confirm your account here.
