Have some things changed from the time you first created your event? Do you need to move around some of your dates & times? Maybe you need to make a new ticket type available to your customers as an option?
No problem, you can make these changes quickly! Our bulk editing feature is how you can update all (or a group) of your timeslots at one time. Bulk editing allows you to move the start and end times for the event forward or backward, move the ticket sale start and end times forward or backward, and reassign ticket types to any number of your timeslots with just a few clicks.
The bulk editor is available in the 'Dates & Times' section of your event editor. So, simply open your event editor and scroll down until you see your time slots, or click the "Timeslots" link in the sidebar to jump straight there. Then, click the "Bulk Edit" button, select the timeslots you need to adjust, and click the edit button to display the options to change times and tickets.
To move dates / times further into the future set your hours and minutes with the "Forward" option selected. To move dates closer to the present date set your hours and minutes with the "Backward" option selected. Note: When moving event times, it's recommended to always make sure to set the sale dates to move the same amount.
To add a ticket type simply select the checkbox next to its name under the "Add Ticket Types" section. Similarly, to remove a ticket type select the checkbox next to its name under the "Remove Ticket Types" section.
