If you are not able to hear the audio from the livestream, check to make sure that your player is not muted. To see if your player is muted scroll over the video (or tap the player on mobile) to pull up the player options in a banner at the bottom. The volume toggle is the 2nd option from the left, next to the play button (pointed out by the red arrow in the screenshot below). Click the volume icon to unmute.
