If you are seeing the message, "Your account's access limit to this event has been reached," and the player disappears, this means that your account is accessing the virtual event page from too many devices at the same time. You are allowed one device for each ticket that you purchased: 1 ticket = 1 device; 2 tickets = 2 devices; etc.
Tips to avoid this happening:
- Do not share the link and your account login info, unless you purchased additional tickets for specific people.
- Do not have the page open on multiple devices. Each device counts as a unique stream, so will count toward your account's total.
- Make sure that cookies / session data are enabled in your browser settings. If cookies are disabled, the website won't be able to track your account's access permissions.
